About the Artist:
Elizabeth Blommart (19th Century) these works are taken from watercolour sketch albums of France, Italy, Spain and Switzerland produced between 1862-1868. Elizabert Blommart was a friend of Augustus John Cuthbert Hare - he writes about staying an evening with her in Biarritz to draw in 'Story of My Life Vol.II' (Allen. 1896) p.489
